Photography sessions at Down Home Farm take place just outside Winnipeg near Starbuck, Manitoba, alongside your chosen photographer. The land spans 120 acres of prairie, oak woodland, cropland, and a gentle river bend — offering privacy, quiet, and room for moments to unfold without interruption.
This is a place shaped by light, season, and stillness — well suited for couples, families, companions, and creative work, with space to wander, pause, and let moments happen naturally. When you’re here, the land is yours — uninterrupted, unshared, and quietly your own.
Out here, light moves across the land and sessions move with it. Space opens, views stretch, and moments tend to settle naturally — shaped by where you linger and what draws you in.

Down Home Farm offers photographers a setting designed for focus and flow. Sessions are spaced with care, allowing time to arrive, move through the land, and wrap without overlap or interruption.
Across 120 acres, the landscape provides variety without feeling busy — open prairie, tree lines, woodland paths, and the river — making it easy to adapt as light and conditions change. With no public traffic moving through the space, attention stays on the people being photographed.
Sweet Caroline, our reimagined 1978 Airstream trailer, may be included when an interior or lifestyle element suits the session and adds to the story being told.

Each booking is fully private and exclusive. Daily bookings are intentionally limited, with additional non-overlapping sessions occasionally available by request.
