Check-in + check-out
Check-in is anytime after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available— just reach out in advance.
We’ll send a reminder closer to your booking with a few helpful details and reminders. Driving directions and access information will follow 24 hours before your arrival time.
Weather, road + access
Weather and road conditions may affect how you access the property.
When rain results in sticky or muddy road conditions, guests may be directed to a designated gravel parking area and transported to and from the property by side-by-side utility vehicle. If weather or road conditions make it impractical to reasonably accommodate your Stay, Down Home Farm Inc. reserves the right to reschedule the booking. In these cases, bookings will be rescheduled within the current season, based on availability. Refunds will only be issued if no dates remain within the season.
Payments, cancellations + rescheduling
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Stay.
If weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule your Stay.
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund, less a $40 administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
One guest-requested reschedule may be accommodated if requested 14 or more days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
