Occupancy + age limits
Stays are limited to two adults (18+), up to two dogs (maximum 120 lbs combined), and require a minimum of two nights. A one-night Stay is available only when booked as an add-on to a Capture.
Check-in + check-out
Check-in is anytime after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available— just reach out in advance.
Weather, road + access
Weather and road conditions may affect how you access the property.
When rain results in sticky or muddy road conditions, guests may be directed to a designated gravel parking area and transported to and from the property by side-by-side utility vehicle.
If weather or road conditions make it impractical to reasonably accommodate your Stay, Down Home Farm Inc. reserves the right to reschedule the booking. As much notice as reasonably possible will be provided. In these cases, bookings will be rescheduled within the current season, based on availability. If no remaining dates are available to offer, the booking may be carried forward to the following season. Refunds will only be issued if no dates remain within the season.
Payment, Rescheduling + Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Stay.
If significant weather or road conditions make your Stay impractical, we’ll reschedule within the current season, based on availability. If Down Home Farm has no remaining dates available that season, your payment will be refunded.
If your circumstances change, one reschedule is permitted within the current season, based on Down Home Farm’s availability.
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to your Stay are eligible for a full refund, less a $40 administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your Stay are non-refundable.
